Webmail

Web mail - access your email from anywhere with any web browser.

Mailbox Control Panel

Available for advanced user only.

If you are unable to collect mail due to an incorrect password, we may need to reset it. We don't keep passwords on file for security reasons, but we can change it to something different. To go ahead with this, please email us with the password you want to use. It needs to be between 6 and 14 characters with only letters and numbers but without spaces. This usually takes around ten minutes to activate one we have varified the request and updated the details.

Known Issues

The below issues are outside of our control and are not specific to Digital Paint.

1BT Users - In order to send mail via BT Connect , BT Broadband BTyahoo, BT Internet or talk21, you must contact them directly. Only BT can put all the links in place between email addresses and the BT server as they need to authenticate the ownership of domain name. This usually takes around 24 hours to become operational.

BT Yahoo! SMTP Security Upgrade - March 2008

As part of ongoing security enhancements to BT Yahoo! email, we have upgraded the security to prevent emails from being sent from client applications (Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird etc) when the "From" email address is not either a BT Yahoo! email address or a validated alternative email address.
If you see an error 553 message, you will need to validate the email address from which you wish to send. Step by step instructions can be found at BT Yahoo! Mail Help

2AOL Users - If you are having issues sending via email if you are connected using AOL, please try using the outgoing server port number as 587. This is located in the advanced option tab when setting up the mail. If this continues to fail you may need to contact them directly as AOL's own firewall software could be blocking sent emails.

Note: If you are an advanced mailbox user and still unable to send mail via smtp.yourdomainname.com, try changing the outgoing server port from port 25 to port 225 in the advanced tab.
